Matt Stanton is an accomplished business development executive with over a decade of experience working at global marketing, entertainment, and PR agencies. He is the CEO and Founder of MPS MGMT, a consulting business specializing in management consulting, business development, strategic partnerships, creator brand monetization, innovative digital media campaigns, and IP growth strategies. He has been featured in Adweek and has a proven track record of generating over $2M in new revenue for his previous employer, Doing Things Media (DTM).


During his tenure at DTM, Matt played an instrumental role in the company's growth and revenue generation. He identified revenue opportunities and developed the infrastructure for multiple net new recurring revenue streams, including: Snapchat and out-of-home monetization. Matt identified and introduced the company to their merchandise partner which enabled digital brand monetization and e-commerce scalability. Additionally, Matt secured brand partnerships with leading companies such as Coca-Cola, Lionsgate, Amazon Prime Video, Universal Music Group, TurboTax, Visible Wireless, Apeel Sciences, Adobe, and Spin Master.


Matt's platform growth strategies led to increased revenue from digital IP. He implemented a strategy that drove IP growth from 90K subscribers to 350K+ subscribers via YouTube Shorts within a 30-day period. At DTM, Matt also managed media relations with the company's external PR agency, securing coverage in top publications such as Entrepreneur, Forbes, Adweek, Ad Age, Cheddar, The Drum, AdExchanger, eMarketer, and Bloomberg. Matt led the company's awards submission process, securing wins for The Webby Awards and the "Most Innovative Publisher" award for the 2022 Digiday Awards.


Prior to DTM, Matt worked at Endeavor, ICM Partners, as well as Edelman for 5+ years as a Senior Strategist within the firms global digital team. At Edelman, he developed global digital campaigns for HP, Shell, Samsung, Dole, Unilever, Microsoft, Activision, and other brands. Since 2019, Matt has been an Advisor to Loop Media (NYSE: LPTV).
